uncover your emotions and let them be naked again so that you can feel again:
become aware of what you are looking for outside yourself (f.e.: acceptance) , because that is what you are still missing inside yourself (f.e.: to accept yourself).
if you find it inside yourself, you are free to be yourself and feel again at all times, what I call happiness.
That is my way to be able to truly give, without expecting anything in return. instead of giving and expecting, that what you are missing inside, will be covered in return.
